Hi! I'm Nia. I'm 16 and currently trying to change my life for the better as I live a fit and healthy lifestyle. I'm recovering from being terribly ill in December '12 and dealing with depression among other things. I've lost weight, now I'm trying to define and tone. Follow me on my journey of health and happiness!
